Information you choose to share

When you request a site assessment, we collect the contact and property details you enter, including your name, email, organization, venue type, location, and message. You may also choose to share phone, visitor, dwell-time, and Wi-Fi information.

How we use it

We use these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss your property's suitability for ConnexWiFi. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Email processing and operation

Inquiries are delivered to our contact inbox through an email delivery provider. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the website and deliver your inquiry. The application does not keep a separate database of contact submissions.

The application records request identifiers, response status, and operational events. It does not intentionally log your submitted message or contact details. Temporary request controls use network addresses to limit abuse. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational logs.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising trackers, visitor analytics, or application cookies. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website.

Retention and requests

Inquiries remain in the contact mailbox as needed to respond and maintain the business conversation. To ask about your information or request deletion, email davis.magabo@gmail.com. A specific retention schedule will be confirmed before public launch.

Connectivity service

This notice describes the marketing website. Privacy and security terms for any connectivity service will be provided separately as part of your site proposal.
